Rereading Frankl got me thinking about the the possibility that life may have meaning which is simply beyond my comprehension. I modified Pascal’s wager to clarify my thinking.

If the universe is indeed meaningless, then it doesn’t matter at all if one behaves as if it has meaning or if it doesn’t.
If the universe does have some meaning x, living allows for the possible realization or fulfillment of x whereas ending life irrevocably removes any chance for such possibilities.
This alone seems enough justification to stick around and see how all of this plays out.
